Welcome to Express One Transportation! We are glad you chose to travel with us. Below, we present the terms and conditions governing the transportation contract between the Client/Passenger and Express One Transportation. By purchasing your ticket, you accept and agree to the following clauses, as well as the fare table in effect at the time of ticket issuance.
Express One Transportation will not refuse to provide transportation on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, or ancestry.
Travel Ticket
Data Verification: Upon issuing [and signing the ticket], it is the Passenger's responsibility to verify that all information (dates, times, destinations, and prices) is correct and matches their request. Purchasing the ticket implies acceptance of these clauses.
Personal and Non-Transferable Ticket [depending on the company]: The ticket is personal and non-transferable and will be the only valid proof for traveling on the indicated date and time.
Duplicate Ticket: In case of ticket loss, the Passenger may request a duplicate, subject to a fee of USD $XX for reprinting.
Changes and Cancellations: Changes, postponements, and cancellations are accepted up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure, at a cost of XXXX per ticket. The physical ticket must be presented for any modifications.
Rescheduling: Express One Transportation, LLC allows rescheduling tickets for [round trips with open dates] up to XX days after the initial travel date. If the ticket is not used on the new date, it will become void.
Refund Policy: No refunds or cash returns are offered. Only postponements or rescheduling are allowed under the mentioned conditions.
Identification for Purchases: To complete a phone purchase, the cardholder must present the card used and identification. Otherwise, the ticket will not be issued, and a penalty of XXX will apply, in addition to requiring a new payment.
Prohibited Practices
All purchases made by customers must be for real passengers, with their consent, intending to travel the reserved route. Consequently, the company prohibits fraudulent, fictitious, duplicate, and impossible/illogical bookings, which include but are not limited to:
Completing a booking/purchase using illegally obtained payment methods, such as a stolen credit or debit card.
Obtaining or using another customer's identity (without their knowledge or consent) to fraudulently cancel that customer's bookings and claim a refund.
Booking/purchasing a ticket in another person's name without their consent.
Booking duplicate or impossible/illogical trips: for example, multiple trips for the same passenger at approximately the same time (i.e., trips a passenger could not physically complete), multiple trips for the same passenger departing from the same city on the same date, or any multiple booking containing conflicting or overlapping itineraries (such as departures for the same passenger from multiple cities at the same time).
If such prohibited practices are detected, the company reserves the right to do any of the following without prior notice to the customer:
Cancel such bookings and/or any misused tickets related to such bookings.
Provide no refund for such ticket bookings/purchases.
Prevent or blacklist the customer from making future bookings with or through {companyName} and/or bus operators.
Denial of Transportation
The company may refuse to transport any passenger or may remove any passenger for the comfort or safety of the passenger, other passengers, employees, or property. Examples of situations where transportation may be denied or passengers may be removed include:
When necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, or government directive or request, or when deemed advisable at the company's sole discretion due to weather or other conditions beyond the company's control, including acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, pandemics, embargoes, wars, and other similar force majeure events.
When a passenger refuses to present positive identification when requested.
When a passenger fails or refuses to comply with any company rules or any provision of these Terms.
When a passenger provides a government-issued photo ID with information that does not match the passenger's ticket information.
When the passenger's conduct is disorderly, abusive, violent, or illegal, or the passenger appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
When the passenger's behavior is disorderly, abusive, violent or illegal, or the passenger appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or intoxicated due to alcohol consumption.
When the passenger smokes aboard the bus.
When the passenger is barefoot.
When the passenger interferes with staff or bus activities or fails to obey instructions from staff or bus crew.
When the passenger has a contagious disease that may be transmissible to other passengers during normal shuttle or bus travel.
When the passenger cannot sit in a seat with the seatbelt fastened, insofar as the shuttle or bus is equipped with seatbelts (unless going to/from the onboard restroom);
When the passenger refuses to follow reasonable instructions given by company or bus crew members.
When the passenger's behavior may pose a danger or risk of harm to themselves, the driver, bus crew, other passengers, or the bus and/or company property, or the property of other passengers.
When the passenger is seriously ill unless the passenger provides written permission from a doctor to travel, stating that they are not a health or safety risk to themselves or others and can travel safely, either alone or with an accompanying companion, and has such a companion.
When the passenger violates any applicable law or regulation.
Passengers denied transportation or expelled from the bus terminal as a result of any of the above situations will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or substitute or return transportation of any kind.

Travel Rates
Fare Changes: Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
Promotions and Discounts: Discounts and promotions are not cumulative or combinable.
Currency: All fares are expressed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated.
Luggage
Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is entitled to carry 1 backpack or carry-on bag, plus 1 suitcase not exceeding 50 pounds.
Excess Luggage: Any item that does not meet standard specifications, such as boxes or bulky items, will be considered excess luggage. This excess will only be accepted if space is available on the bus and will be subject to additional charges.
Hand Luggage: One piece of carry-on baggage (backpack, purse or briefcase) with a maximum weight of 30 pounds is allowed. [Cardboard boxes and laundry sacks are not allowed].
Luggage Responsibility: Express One Transportation, LLC is not responsible for undeclared valuables or lost luggage without tags.
Documentation and Security: Each Passenger is responsible for their own luggage at customs. The transportation of weapons, illegal drugs, and prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
During the Trip
Luggage Placement: Hand luggage must be stored in overhead compartments or under the seat to avoid blocking passageways.
Behavior Rules: All passengers must remain seated until the driver indicates they may disembark. Smoking is prohibited on Express One Transportation, LLC buses and offices.
Seat Changes: Bus or seat number changes may occur, and our staff will inform passengers to ensure the best possible service.
Boarding Process
Authorized Terminals: Boarding and disembarking will only occur at authorized terminals. It is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour before departure to facilitate the process.
Required Documentation: To board, passengers must present their travel ticket and valid identification.
Minors
Minor Rates: Minors up to 6 years old are entitled to a reduced fare when traveling...
Documentation for minors: When purchasing tickets for minors, a birth certificate or passport must be presented to verify their age.
Minor accompaniment: Passengers under 18 years old cannot travel alone without a notarized letter of consent from their parents.
Adults
Travel Conditions: Traveling under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed. The company reserves the right to deny service to passengers who do not comply with these rules.
Health and Safety
Health Regulations: All passengers must comply with current health and safety regulations. This includes wearing masks when required and following instructions from company staff.
Emergency Protocols: In case of an emergency, the established evacuation procedures will be followed. Passengers are advised to pay attention to the driver's instructions.
Complaints and Claims
Complaint Procedure: If you wish to file a complaint or claim, you must do so within 24 hours after the trip ends. Complaints can be submitted through our website or at our offices.
Conflict Resolution: Express One Transportation, LLC is committed to resolving any disputes fairly and equitably. If no agreement is reached, the conflict may be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction.
Service
Schedules and Changes: Schedules are local and subject to change. Express One Transportation, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
Internet Coverage: Internet connectivity is offered but not guaranteed in all areas.
Responsibility
Limitation of Liability: Express One Transportation, LLC is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or expenses resulting from delays, cancellations, or any other inconvenience that may arise during the trip.
Liability Waiver: The Passenger releases Express One Transportation, LLC from all liability in the event of force majeure events that prevent the transportation service from being fulfilled.
Privacy Policy
Data Protection: Express One Transportation, LLC does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except when necessary for payment processing or legal compliance.
Information Use: Personal information is used exclusively to enhance your travel experience and address your requests.
Errors and Omissions
Error Correction: Express One Transportation, LLC reserves the right to correct errors or omissions in pricing, rates, or any other aspect of the services offered. In case of discrepancies, the most recent and verified information will prevail.
Error Notification: If an error is discovered after purchase, the Passenger will be notified and offered the option to cancel or modify the ticket.
Website Terms of Use
Access and Use: Accessing and using our website implies acceptance of these terms. Unauthorized use of site content, such as reproduction, distribution, or modification, is prohibited.
Online Security: Express One Transportation takes measures to protect user information security. However, remember that no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Website Modifications: Express One Transportation reserves the right to make changes and improvements to its website at any time without prior notice.
Allowed Items on the Bus
Permitted Items: Items such as books, electronic devices, pillows, and blankets are allowed. These must be reasonably sized and should not interfere with other passengers' comfort.
Food and Drinks: The consumption of non-alcoholic food and drinks is allowed on the bus as long as they do not create messes or disturbances.
Prohibitions
Prohibited Items: Carrying sharp objects, explosives, illegal substances, weapons, or any item that could endanger the safety of other passengers is prohibited.
Inappropriate Conduct: Violent behavior, threats, harassment, and any actions that may disturb the peace and well-being of other passengers are prohibited.
Use of Electronic Devices: Passengers are asked to use electronic devices in silent mode and not disturb others during the trip.
In Case of Emergency
Emergency Procedures: In an emergency, the driver will provide clear instructions on how to proceed. All passengers must follow safety instructions and cooperate in evacuation if necessary.
Emergency Equipment: Buses are equipped with safety and first aid equipment. If needed, the driver should be informed immediately.
Disposition for Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed Packages: Any package not picked up or claimed within 7 days after arrival at the designated location shall be subject to disposition in accordance with this Provision.
Notification Process: After 7 days the customer will be notified, it will be kept 7 more days, and after the third week the company can dispose of the package.
Package Disposition: Any package not collected within xx (xx) total days from the arrival date (including the two-day notification period) will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the company`s sole discretion. Disposal may include, but is not limited to, destruction, donation, or other means of elimination without compensation or liability to the sender, recipient, or any third party.
No Refunds or Compensation: By accepting these Terms, customers acknowledge and agree that once a package is disposed of, they waive any claims to its contents and are not entitled to refunds or compensation for the package's value or contents.
Exemptions and Special Conditions: Up to 7 additional days.
Liability Waiver: The company is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the disposition of unclaimed packages, as described. The customer waives all rights to make legal claims or request compensation related to the disposition of unclaimed packages.
